Global Network

All across the globe there are microschools. Each one is as unique as the children that attend. Thanks to the internet, we are able to connect with microschools across the world and allow the learners to connect and learn together

Just this past summer, we were able to join with students from microschools in California, Minnesota, Maryland, and south Florida in a group effort called Global Inquiry. In this amazing class, the students researched inquiry and then began to make inquiries for themselves. Together, the learners worked together to build Youtube pages, documented their learning, built a replica of a very special castle using Minecraft, worked on gardening and sewing projects, and many other things. It was exciting to watch these kids mentor each other, encourage each other, share their knowledge, and contribute in many meaningful ways.
We plan to continue to connect with these other microschools and more around the globe as the network grows. It is going to be an amazing thing for the learners and their families as well.
